Served on the board of an international organization structured in the form of a non-profit or charity organization. This international charity provides oversight and governance as the ‘head office’ of this international organization with multiple country offices and operations across 29 countries. It has been a tremendous privilege serving through my role as Trustee and Treasurer of the Board of this international organization to share the humanitarian efforts.

·       Present organization’s financial results at the bi-annual International General Assembly Meeting as part of the organization’s bi-annual conference.

·       Present financial training to members of the organization and the International Bi-annual conference.

·       Meet with Financial Directors and Financial Managers of various country offices.

·       Responsibilities include reviewing and approving organizational strategies, objectives and goals.

·       Consider and approve strategic projects and decisions as presented to the board by international operational leaders as well as significant country specific projects.

·       Trustee of International Board of the organization for five years.
